The Firm

Maître Kauser Toorawa has been a member of the Toulouse Bar since 2014. She practises as a sole practitioner, which guarantees each client personal and consistent supervision of their case, without intermediary.

After a Master’s degree in business and corporate law, a PhD in private law and more than ten years of practice, Maître Toorawa has developed recognised expertise in construction law and family law — two areas where the human and financial stakes are often considerable.

The firm advises and represents both individuals and professionals, in advisory and litigation matters, before all competent courts.

Professional ethics

Maître Toorawa is bound by the ethical rules of the legal profession set out in the National Internal Rules (RIN). These include in particular the duty of independence, competence, the avoidance of conflicts of interest and strict compliance with professional secrecy.
